Why is Chicago such a sewer?

I visited Chicago last month and it was a real dump. What surprised me the most was that the people that live there think it is great, what is up with that? The city is so obviously polluted and crime ridden why would anyone want to live there?

Oh yeah, are you really a Cubs fan? That is hilarious! Isn't that the team that hasn't won a World Series since 1908?

they think they have cool sports teams, but they really bIow

Depends on the people and their culture I guess. Some cultures could care less about living in a clean and healthy environment. They throw trash onto their own street and around their own neighborhood. They turn what could be a beautiful place into a ghetto.

your right, and I don't know, post Industrial city, low tax base and corruption

Perhaps the problem is that you are a dumbass.
Either that or you were near US Cellular Field.

Dude...That's EVERY major city.

all big cities are sewers

I blow all sorts ofshit

and Chicago is a sewer, but I love my raw-sewage

except for when Lake Michigan closes because of e-coli

That band hasn't been any good since Cetera left.

and where are you from kind sir??

Boy! I was waiting on an earthquake! GCG was light on you.
Well, every major city is like that. Especially in the winter. When it snows every day and the dirty muck builds up it's nasty. Chicago is great though!! It's the coldest place on earth but its a ball.

If you want to see a crime ridden sewer, visit Los Angeles

Arizona? Of course you'd be jealous of our fair city, we send all of our old people to Arizona. Chicago may stink sometime, but at least it doesn't smell like my grandma's medicine cabinet.
