What kind of wrestling is popular in Burgos Spain?

Wrestling is not a popular sport in mainland Spain. There may be an exhibition sometime in certain cities of Spain, but not generally.
You will find a local variety of wrestling in the Canary Islands. (lucha canaria).
Other than that, some private or local television channels have WW wrestling from the US, maybe once a week.

They don't have Wrestling in Burgos, but the WWE Wrestling.is shown in Spain. Last year the WWE made an appearance in Madrid Spain.
