Vallolid Spain?

am thinking of going to Vallolid in July and I wondered if it is possible to buy English cigarettes there.

Is there a duty free shop?

I visited Zaragozza recently and the only place to buy them there was El Cortes Ingles.

I have checked on their web site for Valladolid but no tobacconists kiosk is listed.
