hi,me and the wife had a nice chilled sunday morning shopping in cardiff but it was spoiled by having to pay 4.80 for 1 hour 20 mins in a ncp car park at the back of the stadium.is there any where cheaper/free. bye Yes. There's a small new NCP car park in Pellett Street (opposite the prison). I mean the 2 storey one, not the open one next to it. It has like a 10 storey student block above it and it's next to the rail bridge. nope |
