Qoes any one know of nice guest house/b+b close to cardiff millennium stadium? Try http://www.smoothhound.co.uk/ I don't know Cardiff myself, but whenever I book a hotel I always use www.laterooms.com for cheap deals. Also, www.enjoyengland.com gives a good idea of nice places to stay near to where you're going. Hope that helps, There are loads of hotels in Cardiff City centre ranging in all prices there is a travelodge around the corner as is the Marriott, Park Inn ( a lot of building work is going on around by there at the moment though!) there is also the angel hotel and the hilton. A little further afield there are loads of budget hotels and the very exclusive St Davids spa and hotel in Cardiff Bay (about a 5/10 min taxi drive from the stadium) You have to go to Cathedral Road or Newport Road for traditional B&B's, cathedral Road being the closest to the stadium and the better option. The good thing about Cardiff is that everything is quite central, I googled hotels in Cardiff and it came up with loads of options. blue dragon hotel on newport rd 10 mins walk to centre of cardiff and millenium stadium |
