Student Jobs in Cardiff, Wales?

What are some good student jobs in and around Cardiff? I'll be going to university there soon. I need to find a good paying job - at least enough to pay my rent. Thanks for the ideas.

try somewhere like 118118 or a call centre job. Or there's the bars and pubs along St. Marys street.

Also you could ask yourself what your going to study and maybe you could find a job to suit that rea, such as i did a degree in psychology in Cardiff and could of got a job gaining relevent experience. best bet is to google cardiff jobs and possible student jobs in cardiff and see what it brings up.

Call centres aroung the Cardiff Gate area are always taking people on if you don't fancy the usual shop or bar work. The big shops are taking on their Christmas staff NOW so get a load of you CVs and pound the pavements of Queen Street! Do you currently work for a major chain? I used to work for a large clothes shop and when I moved to Uni just transferred branches.
