Travel from Sheffield to Cardiff?

Hi - does anyone know if you can fly from Sheffield to Cardiff? If not I take it the train would be the next best option. Thanks K

You cannot fly to Cardiff from Robin Hood Airport.

If you went by train you would need to get a train from Sheffield to either Bristol of Birmingham New Street and change there to get on a train to Cardiff.

If you got the National Express Coach from Sheffield you would have to change coaches at Birmingham.

I would go on Cardiff Airport site i dont think so not yet anyway i think they fly from Manchester though. It should do soon though it expected to grow by 150% by 2015 so it should be connected to most UK cities

If all else fails, just call a local travel agent to see if flights exist.

I don't know about flying but there's an hourly train service from Manchester and also National Express Coaches run a service too

It would cost you about twenty pounds for a taxi from Cardiff (Rhoose) Airport. It's a good twelve miles from the City Centre
