London,Dublin ,Cardiff,glasgow.? |
I guess London and Dublin would be the most expensive cities as for the cost of living (rents, going out ecc) Edinburgh is by far the most expensive place to live outside London. The average house price is 拢240,000. Glasgow is cheap but it's a slum. I *think* Glasgow may be pricier than Cardiff. No hard logic, just a gut feel, but it would really depend where in the city you were renting etc Glasgow is actualy the most expencive city in the UK to live in, yes more expencive than London!!! where are you from?? when i went to london from other country since the pound is so high to other currency everything felt so expensive. but once you start working you get used to that currency since you get paid with the same currency. and in UK there are lots of foreign students that cannot rent a flat like we do here in US. they need sponcer from UK or pay a full year rent on the spot. i used to rent a 4 br house and rent the rooms to the student and i paid nothing. sharing the house was the only way to go. |
