Cardiff Bus Route?

I need to get to central and connection (bus8 or 9/a) to Heath Hospital. As there is a small rugby match in stadium, will they be dropping off in Wood St and 8 or 9 bus picky uppy to. If not any ideas where. Would also like info bout sunday buses for same route
