In Cardiff, Wales there is a flyover dual-carrigeway coming in towards the bay from Grangetown/Penarth areas? |
which has been literally "cut off" the road ends and all traffic has to come off onto the city roads. Where is the rest of this road, and why isn't it there!? Its very strange. (They also have semi-permanent signs helpfully informing that the road ahead is closed - but its not closed - its inexistant!) A non-existant road?? ok Cardiff, world famous in Wales. A very good point, I hope somebody can shed some light on the matter. |
