Best value lunch in cardiff?

Go to Windham Arcade - there is a cafe called Servini's. It serves the most lovely food, welsh cakes with cherrys and anything you could wish for. Plus they make a lovely mug of Tea. The favourite of mine if the triple crown baguette - double egg, mushrooms, bacon and sausage or could be grand slam. Try it and see!

but most of the chip shops do a pizza or fried chicken meal deal for about 2.99 i think

try a restaurant on Queen Street called pillars, green sign, by lloyds TSB, opposite Boots, they do decent food for a good price, and Pizza Hut do a all u can eat Buffet i Think finishes at noon, or 1,

also theres a restaurant on St. mary st. called Louis same owner as pillars (Italian guy who looks like a mob)
