Advice from anyone from Cardiff/Wales...?

I'm going to Cardiff in 3 days, I'll be on my own. Just wondering if anyone can give me any advice as to which areas to stay out of (I don't intend to go outside the centre) in the centre, are chavs much of a problem, etc? I dress emoish (skinny jeans, side fringe, etc)

you will be fine. i think there are more emos than chavs in cardiff. have a good time.

i dress like i dnt have any problems down cardiff :)
in fact when i go to cardiff htere are mainly people who dress like us, no chavs there really

you'll fit in very well, I live about 10 miles from Cardiff and there are a lot of kids walking around who look how you described yourself. But as I've only lived here a few months I don't know the city that well.

There is a few chavs around - but there is anywhere, even if it is somewhere posh !

cardiff is literally full of emos' and punks. Check out Blue Banana and Oriental Arts for two great shops for emo's and punx.

there no area's to stay out of really, obviously dont go down dark alleys at midnight, you should be ok.
