Help with info about cancun mexico?

I'm leaving to go to cancun mexico march22-31 .Would someone help me out. This is my first time going.First off is that considered spring break week? What type of close should I pack?And how much money should I take to have a good time?Also some good places to party at!!!

The time you are planning on going is smack dab in the middle of Spring Break, but it is not the busiest time. The amount of spending money you should bring depends on what type of resort you are staying, All Inclusive or European Plan. Obviously, if you are staying All Inclusive, you will have your food and beverages included in the price you pre-pay, therefore you will need less money to spend on meals. If you are going to be on a European Plan (room only) and want to eat at the resort, you will need to consider how many meals you will eat. I would suggest that you plan on spending between $100-$150 per day on spending money. Keep in mind that if you take a tour for around $100 that lasts all day, you would probably shop while on the tour and eat a meal when you get back to Cancun. Therefore the $150 is quite possibly going to get spent. However, if you eat breakfast, buy a few drinks at your resort (staying European Plan) and having dinner, you can probably stay within the $100 range.

As far as which places to go out at night, I highly recommend you don't miss out on going to Coco Bongo at least once. This is probably Cancun's best known club for its entertainment and unique atmosphere, trust me just go. Other places to visit include:

Dady 'O, Dady Rock, O Ultra Club-part of the same club complex
The City-similar to Coco Bongo
Senor Frog's, Carlos 'N Charlie's-two clubs run by the same company, I prefer Carlos 'n Charlie's but Sr. Frog's is a Cancun institution

There are lots of smaller bars around the Party Center, outdoor bars such as Slices, Corona Bar, Dos Equis, Tequila Bar, Nectar, Black Pearl, etc., etc. Many of these places run drink specials so be sure to ask about those. Also before you go, whatever you do pick up a Cancun travel guide especially because this is your first trip there.

Have fun planning your trip, and keep your head on straight when you are in Cancun, you'll have a safe trip if you do.

Seems Eric answered everything except what to wear...even in March it is humid and can be rather hot. Most all of the year here you can wear shorts and T's all of the time and don't forget swimsuits and plenty of sunscreen.

it is warm..around 80 degrees...can be a bit cool when the sun goes down...food is quite expensive unless you are eating at McDonalds....coco bongos, hard rock...senor frogs...carlos and charlies....

Wow, Im not gonna write a friggin tour guide like that other person has...

Wear light clothing... or none.. it is Spring Break after all.
Stay at an all-inclusive hotel and you wont need much $$$ for daily expenses.
The clubs are going to run $20-$30 for cover charge... ONce inside, its all you can drink... Bring another $20 inside the bar and find a bartender that is easy to get to.. Tip him the $20 right off the bat and he'll take care of you the rest of the night.

So, very little money is needed, but plan on $50 a night for clubs.
