Can you bring cigars into playa del carmen, mexico?

Im flying into cancun (goin to playa from there) on this friday and im wondering if anyone knows if i can bring cigars into the mexico?

I have bought 4 cigars and want to bring them with me to mexico,am i able to?

Yes, up to 50 cigars, but you must declare them and be prepared to pay duties if you exceed the personal exemption allowances.

You can, but the resorts of Mexico have all types of cigar shops selling the freshest cigars. If you are from the US, you might like to know that they sell Cuban cigars practically every little store.

Just leave them at home and buy yourself some Cubans over there. Cohiba's or Montecristo's. Good Luck and have fun!
