Which is the best all inclusive hotel on the Riviera Maya?

My fiancee and are strongly considering either going to the Aventura or Excellence for our honeymoon but we are open to suggestions.

I would have to say Excellence. I stayed at Aventura and it is a nice property. It is very large and doesn't have as much of a romantic feel as the Excellence. They also have a really rocky beach that is more of a cove. If you are beach lovers, I definitely recommend the Excellence. Excellence was voted the most romantic hotel in Latin America/Caribbean and #4 on the list of Top 10 All Inclusives in the world by Trip Advisor (This list was just released today). Excellence caters to honeymoon couples and has a smaller more intimate feel to the property. (You don't need a golf cart to get around like at Aventura) I plan on going to Excellence in April and am already looking forward to it!

I'm not sure on those two...but, my hubby and I stayed at the Grand XCaret and loved, loved, loved it! Check it out...the park that's part of the hotel is great, too!

I recommend the Excellence. In popular, romance,best luxury it's rated #1 out of 25 resorts on trip advisor.

Aventura, no doubt. The Palace Resorts are everything you could expect from a honeymoon. Plus, when you pre-pay the all inclusive you get a different tour every day at no extra cost, and also the chance to visit any of the other Palace resorts at the mayan riviera!

I recommend Excellence as well.

I have been there twice and loved it both times.
