What can I do for my boyfriends birthday in Canberra?

I was thinking maybe paintball, the zooventure thing, or maybe a baloon ride. I just want to do something awesome and original!!
any ideas would be great!

Mugga Lane tip?

Balloons will not fly in the warmer months as they really need cold air outside them to operate well.

Do something original for a teenager and take him to someplace frequented by real adults - by which I mean real grown ups, not the palaces of sin in Fyshwick which are for immatures. For example - Calthorpes House - they also do a nice lunch at Lanyon.

Alternately if he is a mullet headed, beer drinking singlet wearing rev head there is always Summernats

do nothing and surprise him

chain him and dance in front of him half naked!

Theres alot to see and do in Canberra
Maybe take him to the Botanical Gardens for a picnic, followed by a tour of the embassies and the war memorial.....
you could go to cockington green perhaps?

whatever you do top the night off with FIREWORKS.

Go to Telstra Tower and suck him!

Depends on what he is into and how old you guys are etc. But this is the stuff I like to do in Canberra.
1. Sunset picnic atop Red Hill
2. Meet a cheetah at the zoo
3. Dinner at the charcoal grill in civic (men love meat)
4. Tidbinbilla tracking station
5. Planetarium in Dickson (they are just about to close down too)

I hope this helps you other wise check out www.outincanberra.com.au
