Youth Hostels in Brighton UK?

Hi. I'm planning on visiting Brighton,UK in Feb-2008. I searched on the web for youth hosterls. but all I found were really expensive hotels.
Do you know of a good hostel where I can get a private room for around 40 Pounds a nite??
