Help please?! I have to call France from Ireland?

Okay, so I really need to call my penpal who lives in France right now! She lives in Sen茅 near Vannes. I live in Dublin, in Ireland.

What code do I put in front of the number? 0033 or +? On the contact sheet I was given 0033 but my friend says it's +33 on her mobile? Which one? I want to call from a landline.

Whenever I try to call I just get the dial tone!

you have to make 0033 then the French number, but without the first "0"

If your penpal is near Vannes , his number shoul start by "02".

so you have to dial 0033 ,then the phone number started by 2

Try 0033 first, and if it doesn't work try the other.

+ is the same 00
write 0033...
or +33...
remeber to remove the first zero in the french number

Try +33 and if that doesnt work then try 0033
