Where are the best oysters found in France -?

Where are the best oysters found in France -?

On the beaches of Normandy. I used to go into Granville on the cargo ship I spent some time on. I'd sit on the beach watchimg the locals chipping them out of the rocks.

IN THE WATER

In the local oyster shop!

Haven't got a clue. Hate oysters...

There are three different places in France where good oysters are cultivated...
A) BRETAGNE
B) BASSIN D'ARCACHON
3) S脠TE (BASSIN DE THAU)

In the sea.

Hi

everyone in France has different opinions on this.

In my area people prefer the oysters from Etang de Thau on the Med coast.
