Affordable place to stay in old orchard beach, ME?

I am looking for an affordable place to vacation with my family in Old Orchard Beach, ME, in Mid to Late July?

if you like camping, i would go to powder horn campground. they have tons of things to do, and its about a mile from the beach. all the hotels right on the strip are getting ridiculously expensive. but look into the point of view inn, and white cap village, they might still be reasonably priced, and they are right on the beach.

You'll probably find a less expensive place that either does not have a view of the water or that is not right on the beach.

As a kid, I stayed in plenty of Motels in the town of York.
