My little brother is going to study international relations in Bologna and he needs accomodation there?

I don't know if the dormitories are all booked by that time but we'll be there for the first two weeks of september and I'll need some accomodation for sure. Where can I look up the homes for rent and whom should he contact for dormitory rooms?
