Whose capital is johanesbourg?

Johanesbourg is the biggest city of south africa, but is not the capital. Pretoria is.

I don't think any country has Johannesburg as the capital, however it is in South Africa, who's capital is Pretoria!

The population of the Greater Johannesburg Metropolitan Area is almost eight million. Johannesburg also encompasses Soweto to the south west, a township which the apartheid government established to accommodate the large number of migrant workers.

It sounds scandinavian but it is in South Africa.
Pretoria is the capital of South Africa.
It could be the capital for the Afrikaaners !
