What are the perceptional, formal, and functional regions of Berlin, Germany?

Can you be more specific? We're not here to write a paper for you.

Perceptionally, Kreuzberg district is "little Istanbul" and "Berlin Mitte" is high society, formally, there is the Reichstag and the area around it as well as Potsdamer Platz, and functionally, there is the excellent subway system underground.
