What is the legal Smoking age in Belgium?

There is NO legal smoking age in Belgium.

However, Belgium shouldn't be the land of the surrealists if there wouldn't be an absurd law.

So: smoking is not prohibited at any agy or below any age.
BUT selling cigarettes or tobacco to young people under the age of 16 IS prohibited.
