Is Beligum a wealthy or poor independent country or is it part of france?

Is Beligum a wealthy or poor independent country or is it part of france?

*
Belgium has been independent since 1830.

*
Belgium is considered a wealthy country.
It was one of the first to join the European Union, and it's capital, Brussels, is also the capital of Europe.

There is no capital of Europe not even of the European Union. Report It

Belgium is a separate country from France, although there are French speakers in Belgium. It's fairly well to do. Belgium adopted the Euro as a currency, joining other countries such as Germany, Italy, and France.

Belgium is very much independent from France and is quite wealthy too. Belgium is a kingdom with two languages French and Flemish. It麓s one of the EU member countries, has actually been one of the first countries to join EU. You could say that the capital Brussels is the "capital" of EU as many EU meetings are hold there (not to forget Strasbourg and Luxembourg).

belgium is independent country and very wealthy

Belgium is independent since 1830.
It is founding member of the EU and it is a very wealthy nation.
The EU not beeing a state but a supranational organisation doesn't have a capital.

For crying out loud! Belgium is as much a part of France as the United States are a part of Great Britain. Or do you think that King George III will decide who it will be : Hillary or Barrack after having tea with them in Boston?. If you had taken the elementary trouble of opening a history book, you would have learned that Belgium was at a certain time (under Napoleon) part of France but after his downfall was separated.

very wealthy great country Belgium and is not part of France

Very much an independent country and very beautiful. Proud people, friendly, hospitable and affluent - Most people speak at least five languages, Flemish, French, Dutch, German and English. Quite a lot also speak Turkish as well.
