How do you think Bahrain is growing in relation to Dubai and Qatar?

It seems that business in Bahrain is much slower then the other two emirates.
If you look at job sites, for example http://www.bayt.com and http://www.dubaijobsnetwork.com there aren't many jobs available here.
Any one living in Bahrain can give some insight will be well received.

The reason they are so far behind is because the Government is more focused on the Expatriates and tourists than any other country...Bahrain is FULL to the brim of 5 star hotels and restaurants and even MORE are being built...They aren't focusing on trying to get the Bahrainis jobs..They are trying to get more money into their economy...That means NOT giving Bahrainis housing and free water and Electricity like every other gulf country INCLUDING Qatar...
Qatar, at the moment is SLOWLY developing into something HUGE! Qatar , I predict in the next 5 years will be the Next Dubai...
Qatar is focusing on it's citizens and then slowly allowing others to enter their job market...It is blossoming into something big Business wise..
Bahrain is only a tourist destination...There are no big major HONEST companies in Bahrain...Everyone is trying to look out for themselves and unfortunately you can't get a good job in Bahrain unless you are a foreigner...
The foreigners now outweigh the Bahrainis by 70%...Ugghh!!
I could go on for hours about the problems and the reasons to them!!
Bahrain is the only country here in the Middle East that doesn't look out for it's citizens...

Dubai is the economic trade & center of commerce in
the region and is becoming internationally important..
Bahrain & Qatar are falling farther & farther behind Dubai...

I agree, Bahrain is growing slower than both. Dubai has become such a super country in terms of job availability because jobs doesn't last as long; people jump from one job to another.
I don't think that online job sites are the best way to measure availability of jobs in Bahrain though. There are lots of job opportunities not advertised online.
And I prefer Bahrain as it is. Not too advanced for people to be superficial and not too laidback to be boring.

Well, i live in Qatar, and from one year ago Qatar was something and now it is something else, belive me, the way things are growing its HUGE and its gonna be huger than dubaii.

As for bahrain, well they just need the resources that the other two countires have

The fact that Bahrain is progressing slower than the other two is exactly the reason why I like Bahrain so much. I visit there quite often to get away from the other more Arabic nations close by. it is western enough without forgetting its Arabic routes. bahraini people are arguably the friendliest Arabs in the gulf.
