Bahrain labour law?

Any laws in bahrain husband & wife together work in one company ?? (Both are employment visa and wife is pregnant any problem for her or company)

The Bahrain Labour law does not contain any such provisions, as it needs proper documents are the necessary to issue the work permit

Both husband and wife can work in same company, provided two work permits are issued separately, it is not allowed that the wife can work in the same company or any other company with the dependant status (wife)

There is no problem of wife will become pregnant, since the husband is living together in family visa, or even they are issued separate work permit and working in different companies

But most of the comapnies doesn't like to issue work permits to couples, because they main problem they will face during annual vacation, health problems, and many more,,, but this is not limited to some big comapnies with mass work force.

I don't see any problem. If that would be the case the company would not have employed both of you together. It is also not forbidden for a married woman to become pregnant.

Your wife is entiteld to get 60 days paid maternity leave and when she is back to work she has the right of nursing periods during the day.

yes ,, usually the company dont allow family member working at the same company , the law is fine with it though , the company worry about " emaregency or thing like that " if it happen then thye losing 2 people insted of one ,, its sounds stupid but what else i can say
