How to find jobs in middle east , without jobsites and without bribing an agent?

my friend wasim is very experienced and highly qualified accountant , with no good job here

how can he go to countries like saudi , kuwait , qatar
agents have no good jobs and ask too much
jobsites are like trash

is it better to go there on tourist visa and find something ?
where should he live , how to arrange for paying guest

anyone has tried this thing ?

if u think everything is done by bribing go ahead and bribe why not if u will end with a descent job !!!!!!
but in Bahrain many Bahrainies are not finding a job even with bribing and believe me many of them are experienced and highly qualified
one of my friends was told that he is not suitable for a job because he was simply OVER qualified.

Most of the expats here get their friends who are already in Bahrain to find a job for them. If your friend does not have any friends in Bahrain, then he can start sending his CV's to companies in Bahrain through the net. He can also come to Bahrain as a tourist and look for a job but this can be costly. There are cheap 2 and 3 star hotels in Bahrain but the ticket can be expensive.
