What is it like there in Bahrain? can anyone tell me the way of living there? cost of living?

Bahrain is just like any other country in the Middle East. Most people know each other because Bahrain is a small island with less than one million in population. It's weather is hot in summer time but can be pleasent in winter. People are very friendly and most of them can communicate in English. You will find everything in the site provided.

it's nice and the weather is hot and dank in Summer,in Winter it's Cold and it rains sometimes but t doesn't last long.
i would say it's nice to live here but boring after a while u get bored of every thing.
about the cost it's like the other gulf Countries.
internationally i can c cheaper than europe and America.

OK basacly its areally nice place getting crowded these days cause of the growing econamy its not that expensive yet and its a great place to start a buesniss even if its small cause Bahrain is still a virgin compared to other places.

paradise if u ask me. go there and u wont regret it man.

it's really nice. it has very nice hotels and the people are very educated. there are many nice places to visit!! and it isn't that expensive at all. and also you can find jobs easily if you are from america!

Tell me your financial status and I'll tell you how you can get by and live in Bahrain, and what lifestyle you'll be living.

As a country, there's so much to do here... especially if you have good financial capabilities. However, you can still enjoy yourself even if you are not rich.

During this time of year, the weather is hot and humid. In winter, the weather ranges from being (spring-ish to rainy, cloudy and windy).

If you are not a Muslim, there are clubs to enjoy your time in. If you are, or even aren't but don't like going to clubs, you've got the typical malls, sports clubs, etc. to do.

Beaches owned by hotels are paradise on Earth, however the other beaches (most) are average.

There are local shops which sell goods at suitable prices, and the malls have those shops you find everywhere in the world, known-names of ranging prices from average to very expensive.

There are cultural and entertainment events going on during certain times of the year.

For example, in March and April there's a festival called (Spring of Culture) which holds many cultural, artistic and entertainment events. There's also the F1 race annualy, in April I think.

Rent for a decent apartment could cost you from 371 US Dollars to above 1326 if you want to live luxuriously.

People are very friendly there. They are open to new ideas and people from different cultures. However, with all the global issues going on politicaly matters can be sensitive, make sure to respect their culture, religion and they'll love you.

In Bahrain, there are many locals living luxuriosly, and others suffering to get by with their daily needs... so you might need to put that in mind while dealing with them.

It's a beautiful place to live in. I know many non-locals that live there, and say they do not want to leave.
