I would like to know if i can get a residency visa by marrying my gf who's working in bahrain? |
i am planning to go to bahrain in a visitor visa, then marry her in bahrain so i could stay there with her. is it possible? nid help before i push through with my plan . ty she is a filipina. an overseas worker, i am a filipino. i read something about being an immediate family, then being her husband i am her immediate family is that right, so can i be able to apply for a residency visa , i think its validity is until her contracts expire or something . It depends fully on her contract. If in her contract she is permitted to bring along her family, then fine. Because you will need a sponsor, and her sponsor can be yours as well once it is mentioned in her contract. If not, she can ask her current sponsor, and if he agrees, then no problems. Or you can look for a job and find a sponsor of your own, this may require some time. No, you can't. For sure! no dont think so Since this is such an important decision, I would suggest you get your gf to ask the immigration authorities in Bahrain or you check in any Bahrain embassy near you. |
