I am going to Bahrain for a week to visit a friend of mine. As a female, what should I wear? its amazing how so many answer that probably never set foot on Bahrain or know anything of it.. ummm your normal clothes. short-shorts, a halter top and spiked heels... Something stylish and comfortable. Those are the best combinations! Or wear your favorite outfit. Don't be tacky! A hat .... which covers your entire body from head to foot. Almost anything except a bikini i suppose. I mean have been to jordan and walking around with jeans and a shirt does not impose a problem. But i do take care of not exposing skin too much like wearing shorts or a tank top. wear a t shirt and cool dress and give some special American women aren't expected to dress in any specific way--it will be pretty obvious that you are an out-of-towner so you won't have to dress like the local women. I'd suggest something conservative, regardless, simply out of respect to the country and yourself. Don't want to draw any unnecessary attention. Don't wear tight, constricting clothing due to the heat. be normal bahrain is cool what ever you want just dont go walking the streets naked LOL Bahrain is a very free country. Although it is an Islamic country, but you can wear almost whetever you want. If you show a lot of skin, many people will look at you, but it is not against the law. Do not worry, it is not like Saudi Arabia. whatever you want that comforts you . How about a Birka???? A chest flattener. scarf, long robes, sunglasses, sun block.. yeah.. |
