Even female instructor's are teaching the female learners, so it is defaming the bahrain's image.

The GTD (General Traffic Directorate) headquartered in Isa town says in their application form, 18 years as on applying date is necessary to obtain a learners license,

as the previous answerer said they also consider 3 months prior applying for learners.

The driving license can be obtained in a period of 3 months to 6 months as normal, if you got good instructor and getting regular classes.

Normally the instructors are giving 2 classes per day, i think per class is BD 4 or 5, it is against the law to give more than 2 class and take more than 2 class in one day.

Arrangements are on the way to get practiced in Night at Isa town (Bahrain National Driving Center) which is very near to the GDT.

It is necessary to take 22 full classes to attend a test, before completing 22 classes you can prepare for test by applying for it, you may be given date at their available time.

Your confident, keeping the vehicle in control, obeying rules, following the instructions of traffic inspector beside you while testing, following road signs, keen eye on pedestrians and fellow drivers are the key points to be observed while at test

Im not sure.. its either 16 or 18... but having said this.. You'll see young kids from the villages driving as young as 11..

18 is the driving age. You can get your learner's license exactly 3 months before turning 18.
