Received a offer from Ministry of Health, bahrain.Pay+HRA=900 BD. Is it sufficient?

Post is for Assistant Professor. Presently working in Mumnicipal College, Mumbai. Pay about 50000/- per month. Job of 16 years. Have to resign before leaving for Bahrain. How much can I save with a family of 3. Can wife get a job in Bahrain (she is Bsc, LLB).

I have been working in HR for 5 years, my experience might help. As for your wife, she can certainly find a job in Bahrain, but do not risk it. Look for a job for her while you are in your country beacuse she will need a sponsor. Your sponor can bring her on his/her sponsorship, but you need to get approval for that in advance. B.D 900 is a very good pay for Bahrain. For a family of 3, you can find flats that cost B.D 150 to B.D 200 per month. For all your family, if you want to live normally (not posh life) you will have to spend an approximate of B.D 200 to B.D 300 per month on food. And another B.D 200 on other things. So you will be able to save a couple of hundred dinars. It all depends on you. In Bahrain, we have expensive & cheap stuff, it depends how you wanna live. But I am telling you, B.D 900 is very good.

your baharain pay comes to about 2340 usdollars or indian rupees93,600 at todays exch rates.and it is free of income tax. if the contract is valid for a year or two there is no use going to bahrain leaving a well paid job. but it is for a longer period u can go ahead. re saving , it depends on individual himself/herself. but i am sure there is not much to spend upon in bahrain except expensive items daily living is very very reasonable out there

Pehle yeh tah kar lo ki India se bahar jana bhi hai ki nahi. Yahan ka 1 rupya kamaya bahar ke 2 rupaiya se bhi jayada fayda dega kyonki izzat to bhaiya yahin milti hai bahar to tum foreigner kahalayoge
