Vegetarian restaurant in ulm ?

hi, does anyone know of a vegetarian restarant in ulm ? and also a good health food store ? i am visiting from the US and wonderin where i can buy veggie burgers and some soy protein products like burgers etc

I have made a search at Google.de (Google Germany) and here are the results that I got from Google:

One popular vegetarian restaurant is "Der 脛gypter" (The Egyptian) at Kronengasse 6 in Ulm - open from Tuesday to Sunday from 5 pm to 1 am (closed on Mondays).

But, in ANY other German restaurants, you will get vegetarian meals & food...just ask, when you're in a restaurant.

Good luck with that. I live in Germany and know of no only vegetarian restaurants. Odds are you will eating a lot of pasta and salad.
