No, the debate is not public. It is a ticket or pass only event. So, unless you know somebody on either of the respective campaigns or are willing to spend hundreds of dollars to get in, then you have no shot of seeing it in person.

***UPDATE*** My answer is still somewhat correct, but I found out that there is now going to be a random drawing that will allow only 100 people from the public sector to attend.

You can find the entry form on the Texas Democratic Party website and can enter the drawing until the close of the business day on Monday. The drawing will be Tuesday morning, and ticket winners will be notified.

You can also call party headquarters to enter the drawing at (512) 478-9800.
