What's the best way to travel from Rome, Italy to Paris, France... I don't have the Eurail pass?

Okay, how much of a hurry are you in? What you need to do is go to www.ryanair.com and book a flight quickly. The sooner you book the more chance you have of getting a cheap fare. If you want to get to Paris soon there is a 50Euro fare on 22 May, 23 May, 3 June and 6 June. If you can wait you will get it a bit cheaper. On 7 and 8 June it is 35 Euro on 9 June 25 Euro and if you can wait until 10 June they have a fare for 4 Euro. YES only 4 Euro. But they usually only have 1 or 2 seats at this super cheap price so go and book straight away if you want. Have fun!

You don't need a eurail pass to take a train!
