What do you think about Algeria ?

I think it is great! Zizou's parents, IsmIsmail and Malika, are Berbers (Kabyle) from the village of Aguemone, Algeria. ts

i think is a great country

At first, I did not know much about it, but through Yahoo!Answers, I've actually found that Algeria is a great place for historical travel. I would like to go there someday!

The section on yahoo answers needs a lot more activity.

The country, never been there, but have known some wonderful people from there.

i think you don't have enough Internet i mean there is only one question in your section and i had an Algerian Friend who told me that it is unsafe there i also know that your population is so little compared to Egypt.

i think it's wonderful. i met many algerians but hardly understood the accent :) my parents lived there for 2 years in Skikda but that was many years back (i wasn't born yet!) :)
they keep talking about those days with nostalgia.

I was there last summer and it was a bit of an eye opener, as a tourist as there is a difficult visa process, once that was out of the way I really enjoyed my time there, I did some shopping in Algiers, and some other shopping in a huge market and came home with wonderful coffee sets and things for the house, and I also visited the monument and the museum below which was fantastic. It is not geared up for tourists at all with single toilets in restuaunts etc.. everywhere I did have people approach me and try out their english language.
I went to 2 weddings there which were so different to the western weddings and I never saw so many dress changes, from traditional to modern dresses. Also I enjoyed the dancing but it was strange for me not to have the male members of the family present.
And the beaches are fantastic, truly unspoilt.

I think its fantastic. I think the people are warm, generous and kind. And the country beautiful......My husband is Algerian and our little boy is half Algerian (obviously) Half Scottish, you dont get that combination every day.

Omri wa hyati which coast us 1 million and half man and woman. The country where we all mahgoorine but we love Algeria. It is the country where they steal billions never care about el zawalia but we still can die for it. It's Algeria, and with its bad thing or good things we adore it and love it too much
