What skills and qualities can you bring to the role of Air Cabin Crew?

If this is for an interview only u can answer this.
What skills do u have???
suggestions ie: languages/ excellent customer service skills and give examples of this ie from previous job.
Also working under pressurised situations how would you deal with this, dealing with confrontation, are you good at dealing with angry threatning behaviour how would you tackle this.
Qualities: are you an excellent communicator/ delegator/ confidant/ people person?? these are most of the things that they are looking for but I would suggest that you do your homework for yourself I left an answer to another of your questions. get someone to do a mock interview with you either a current manager or someone who is good at interviews.

Not a question for me as I'm not the one applying for a job as Cabin Crew. BA are looking for people with original thoughts and ideas. For your interview you have to show your individual ideas. You can't crib as if it's homework at school.

Contrary to popular belief, air cabin crew is an extremely responsible job as you are responsible for the passengers health and safety throughout the flight.

Obvious skills include being nice, approachable and responsive to the client's need. But also you have to be ultra aware of anything that can go wrong to ensure you stop it before it does. This includes how many drinks you have served to any one person.

Also, a calm head in a crisis is essential, as was proven during the BA crash at Heathrow last month. The crew did not panic, and enabled the passengers to get off unhurt from the crash and from the panic that the crash must have caused inside the plane.

Rudeness, abruptness, the ability not to listen to their whinging and a totally lase fa ire approach...

Have i got the job?

A good skill to survive as a flight attendant is to be able to laugh at everything, anything and one self...
Also to be able to keep cool under pressure and mostly to be PATIENT (with the airline, the co workers, the passengers, the weather and what ever the day will throw at you).
Oh ! and not to forget...never assume ANYTHING...
