What are the vehicles at the airport called, the ones out with the air planes?

A tug. If you are asking about the ones that pull the luggage carts.

A push back. If you are asking about the one in front of the plane that pushes it back away from the gate.

A deicing truck. If you are asking about the ones that have the lift with a bucket on it and the guy inside the bucket sprays the airplane with deicing fluid.

A catering truck. If you are asking about the ones that restock the aircraft with food and beverages.

A belt loader. If you are asking about the belt that the ramp agents drive up to the aircraft to load or unload the bags onto the the cargo bin.

I've been told by someone who used to work in the industry that at one time these vehicles were collectively referred to as "ramp lice"!
