Diabetes and flying?

i have a question, how do you go about taking insulin onto a plane? will they even let you?

i was wondering how to go about going through security,and would they let me take the insulin on board

Yes, you can take your medication on board with you. Just make sure that it's in it original container.

As I've advised before ... NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, EVER put medication in your checked baggage!! If your bag is delayed/lost & you need it, you will be SOL. The airline will be able to reimburse you, but it is not instantaneous (and that is only if your bag is not recovered).
