Can a illegal immigrant travel via plane?

my friend is flying over texas . and his illegal immigrant. doesnt the airport require only ID for identification. Can he use his school ID ?. with his photo on it. His coming to see his girlfriend... Or its risk for him..?

He can't use school ID, he will need a State issued ID (state ID or driver's license). Or he can use his passport. The security check point only check the first page (where his picture and name are) to match with his boarding pass, they won't check his I-94.

Your friend is here illegally & he should know whether he should be flying or not.

The CSA's at the check in counter will ask to see a valid government issued, photo ID. Without one, they will not issue him a boarding pass.
