NYC to Paris in late February?

Hi. I'm naive to the travel area since I mainly travel in country. I'm looking to go to Paris from NYC for a few days to a week at the end of Feb. I've been searching airfare for a while now and it seems Air India offers cheap flights but their reviews aren't so good. So I kinda want to stay away from there.

Basically, is there a place or website I can go to find airfare/hotel deals? I'm hoping for around ~ $700. Is this possible? If you know, please tell me. Or if you've travel to Paris before, I would like to hear your experiences with booking a package.
