Planning a flight in the next three years?

Who can help me with my plan. I want to invite my mom to the palce where jesus was born. "belen" is the spanish way to say it but when i looked up the info on american airline麓s i did not know what to put on the airport or what name in english. I should problably attend mass with the englishmen "in English" but ill feel weird. that was a joke but seriosly can anybody help me .

Best is that you use a real travel agency. All of them can handle a tour to Israel. Note that you really don't want to make any arrangements for the trip more than about a year in advance, so you have plenty of time.

Search for "travel agencies" in your area.

Good luck!

um....maybe you mean Bethlehem...which is in Israel....you would fly into Tel Aviv. American Airlines doesn't fly there. El Al does.

You want Bethlehem in Israel. It is south of Jerusalem. Nearest airport is Tel Aviv.

Cheapest way to get to Bethlehem from the USA is to fly to Frankfurt, Germany and look into onward transport to Israel from there. If you go in early December it should cost you around 750 USD roundtrip per person to Tel Aviv from New York, flying into Frankfurt, taking the train to Stuttgart and catching a cheap flight from Stuttgart to Tel Aviv with tuifly.

Note that travelling in Israel or the Middle East in general is not for everybody. There is an ongoing, violent conflict between Israelis and Palestinians. Most of the times tourists are not affected, but I would not make any long-term plans to go to Israel. The situation there can detoriate within a matter weeks, making a trip to Bethlehem that was safe in August total suicide in November the same year.

Right now it is safe to go to Bethlehem, btw. And prices for flights across the Atlantic are low too. I think a trip of ten days to Bethlehem and Jerusalem would set you back around 3000 USD for the two of you at the moment, flying out from any airport in the US.
