Caribbean, when is the cheapst time to fly there?

flying from the UK, dont really mind what time of year i go because i am just going to visit my sister who has recently moved ther, also anybody have any suggestions on where i should buy the flights from online,

Hurricane season. June through October. Check Priceline, Expedia, Orbitz, Cheaptickets. You can barter the price down through Priceline.

Don't go during hurricane season (June 1st to November 30th) but that would probably be the cheapest.
