Need some help for airplane?

a few questions...

-are you aloud to take your supplements (vitamins) on the plane?


also, i need to find a 3 oz or smaller size facial cleanser. Does anyone know of anywhere they have tiny ones? Nuetrogena? anything.?

Yes, you are allowed to take your supplements and vitamins on the plane in both your checked luggage and your carry on bag. You may also 'take' as in ingest/consume them while on the plane as well.

As for facial cleanser, most stores that have a pharmacy will have travel or trial size tolietries. Some that come to mind are Rite Aid, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, and most chain grocery stores. You may not be able to find your exact cleanser, but you should be able to find some type of cleanser.

Remember that all liquids and gels in your carry on must be 3.4 ounces/100 ml or less and must fit into a 1 quart zip top bag.

If you are packing toiletries in your checked luggage, then you may take full sized bottles. I recommend placing full size bottles in gallon zip top bags in case they spill or leak during flight.

you probably are allowed to take vitamins or medicine. i have taken medicine before and nobody said anything to me.

you can buy 3oz bottles and fill it with your cleanser. or you can just pack a normal sized one and check it through baggage.

In which country do you reside? I'm in the U.S. and I've noticed that every one of my local grocery stores has a section of sample-sized toiletries. Or, check with your friends and family to see if any of them have some left over from their last hotel stay.

As for supplements, check with the airline...some may only allow prescription drugs in carry on, but you can put them in your checked bags.

You cannot take any viatamins with you in the plane but if you buy them in the airport you may.

You can carry any vitamins or prescriptions on board or in your checked luggage.
Check your liquids and carry only the few you would need during the flight, in a plastic zip lock bag.

You may bring your vitamins on the plane, but only bring how many you will need (in a plastic bag). Check the others with your bag.


As for the facial cleanser...

Most grocery stores and stores like WalMart will have travel sized lotions/cleansers/etc.

Otherwise, you can buy small bottles at places like WalMart. Fill up one of these bottles with your favorite cleanser.

Take the larger bottle of cleanser in your checked luggage.
