Best place to visit for one day picnic near ahmedabad?

I visited there a santuary, i dont know what is its name, you can inquire it with local people there.

ample of opportunities for every taste....
1. NAL LAKE: 60Kms from A'bad. go early morning & take 3-4 hrs boating to see a large no. of birds.
2. AKSHARDHAM TEMPLE: 25 Kms in Gandhi-nagar. A very good display for those who are inclined to religions.
3. SCIENCE CITY: A must for all aged above 10. 100 times worh it's cost .Opens after 4 pm.
4. DAKOR & GALTESHWAR: 80Kms from A'bad, a very famous religious place. If in a sizable group, Galteshwar (10 kms from Dakor) is good picnic spot on a river bank.
