I am out on federal bond and want to fly with friens and family will the airlines check?

I saw on the tsa website that they don't run capps 11 anymore, that they only run your name aganist a database for terrorists. Is this true, I don't want to get in any trouble.

And the question you are asking is not if it is legal for you to go but what your chances are of getting nailed for it. No wonder you are in trouble to begin with. Ever think that view of things is why you are in this situation?

the airline will only check to see if you are on the terrorists list. BUT if your parole officer finds out you left the area or state you will be locked up immediately. The best thing to do is to talk to your PO most of the time they will let you go if you can give them where your going, the dates, a phone number, an address and what you plan on doing.

I would get permission from your bondsman first. Your bondsman will let you know if you are allowed to leave the area or not. He or she is the one that is responsible for your freedom. If you fail to do as required in your paperwork, he or she is going to come after you and you go right back to prison. Let someone know what your doing ;o)
